Target Audience

Nurse practitioners and physician assistants involved in the management of patients with GI disorders and chronic liver disease.

Goal Statement

The primary goal of the educational activity is to encourage the application of the latest advances in evidence-based medicine to improve the quality of care and improve outcomes for the patients affected by thrombocytopenia.

Educational Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

•	Understand screening and diagnosis criteria for autoimmune liver disease
•	Identify treatment options available for AIH, PSC and PBC
