Overview |
| The primary goal of this webcast is to review clinical implications of new data on the management and treatment of Hepatic Encephalopathy (HE) in patients with chronic liver disease. |

| At the conclusion of this initiative, participants will do the following: |

Discuss the natural history and complications of hepatic encephalopathy including management options |

Review the benefits of adding rifaximin to lactulose in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy |
